Refund Policy for Custom Design Services

Thank you for choosing Fashion Fated for your custom design needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality design services. Please read the following refund policy carefully:

1. Initial Payment and Design Brief:

A non-refundable initial payment of 100% is required to initiate the custom design process. This payment covers the time and resources allocated to understanding your design requirements through the design brief.

2. Design Approval and Revisions:

Upon completion of the initial design, you will have the opportunity to review and request 2 revisions. Your feedback is crucial in ensuring the final design meets your expectations.

3. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

Major Deficiencies: If the final design significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the design brief, and revisions do not resolve the issues.

Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the initial design concepts within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, you must submit a written request detailing the specific reasons for the request within 10 days of receiving the initial design concepts.

Evaluation:

Our team will review the refund request and assess its validity based on the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Refund Decisions:

Approved Refunds: If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund for the eligible amount within 7 business days.

Credit: Refunds may be denied if the request does not meet the eligible circumstances outlined above, however, Fashion Fated may offer a credit to other services at their discretion.

Denied Refunds: Refunds may be denied if the request does not meet the eligible circumstances outlined above.

Design Ownership:

Upon receiving a refund, you relinquish any rights to use, reproduce, or distribute the design materials provided.

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel the project after the initial payment, the initial payment is non-refundable, and additional charges may apply based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

Changes to Refund Policy:

Fashion Fated reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

If for any reason Fashion Fated are unable to complete a custom request, your payment will be automatically refunded to you.

Fashion Fated may utilize third-party services, including but not limited to Offshore Manufacturers, printing services, embroidery services, fabric sourcing agency and shipping or transport couriers, to enhance or facilitate the delivery of our services.

Fashion Fated makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the third-party services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party services.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

Fashion Fated, its employees, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the third-party services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

  1. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Fashion Fated, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the third-party services.

  1. Reliance on Third-Party Services:

Fashion Fated is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on third-party services. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, usefulness, and security of any third-party services.

These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission) . Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia.

Fashion Fated] reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. 

Returning Goods

 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.  Should a change of mind occur during this period, a full refund may be issued to the person listed on the gift certificate.  

If the date of 12 months from the purchase date has passed, the right to a refund is void.
